Bloom & Branch Floral Design LTD., based in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, uses your name, email and the occasion details you choose to share to respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation and discuss your floral design needs. An optional budget helps guide that conversation. Sending a request does not reserve an appointment or confirm an event booking.
How your request reaches us
Your request travels over an encrypted connection to this website’s hosting service, then through Zoho Mail to info@bloomnbranch.ca. Contact details and messages are kept in our business email account. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Technical safeguards
The website keeps a request reference, a fingerprint of the request, a hashed network identifier and delivery status to limit spam and duplicate emails. Records older than seven days are removed when processing successful requests. These technical records do not contain your name, email address or message. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. Hosting and email providers also process technical information as needed to operate and protect their services.
Your choices
We use your details to handle your request, not to subscribe you to marketing. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion, email info@bloomnbranch.ca. We may need to keep records required to fulfil an order or meet applicable obligations.
